Dear ICDA-US Board Members,

We understand that there may be concerns about our decision not to disclose individual names within Deaf Angels. However, we want to assure you that our group is real, dedicated and committed to the well-being of ICDA-US.

Our choice to remain anonymous is not meant to create division or cause distrust. Rather, it allows us to:

• Keep the focus on the message and mission rather than individuals.
• Protect members from potential retaliation or other negative actions.
• Encourage open discussions with ICDA-US members and Chapters collectively.
• Advocate for meaningful improvements without personal conflicts.

We respectfully ask the ICDA-US Board to focus on the concerns we have raised rather than our identities. We believe that addressing these issues openly and collaboratively will strengthen ICDA-US and benefit all members.
