Open Letter Follow-Up

Dear ICDA-US Board Members,

We are reaching out to you to follow up on our Open Letter to ICDA Board dated May 18, 2025. We kindly requested a response on or before May 27, 2025. To date, we have not received any communication from the ICDA-US Board.

Our primary reasons for the May 18, 2025 Open Letter were to request additional information and clarity on:

1. The reasons behind the proposed 2025 Constitution and Bylaws revisions
2. Contents of the “standard operating procedures”
3. Clarification of the July 28, 2025 meeting’s purpose

We remain committed to ICDA-US and the mission of fostering a strong, unified community.

We would like to know if the ICDA-US Board plans to respond to our Open Letter with a clear timetable and actions? Please kindly respond to us by June 13, 2025, 6:00 pm EST.

We look forward to a response from the ICDA-US Board.
