Subject: bylaws update from ICDA-US
Hello Friends,
I can't believe it is August already! I am emailing you because you served as delegate to our Boston 2023 conference and
I do not have a complete list of our chapter officers yet. We will host our first virtual zoom meeting on August 29th, Thursday night at 7:30pm - 9:30pm
I would like to invite your chapter president too. We will go over the motions that we got from last year's ODMR meetings in Boston.This is an "informational" meeting.
There will be no NEW by-laws motions.
I would like you to fill out the officers information from all of your officers/moderators because we will meet a few more times before the 2025 ICDAUS conference. It will be easier for us to send out meeting invites during the year. https://forms.gle/cSkV4bCxyeev2bNj6
Delegates have no obligation to attend during the 2 year break in-between conferences but we do need a representative from your chapter
to attend this meeting. It is probably a good idea to send the same delegate from July 2023 because we will discuss the bylaws.
Your Chapter president is also welcome to come too.
After you register, we will send you a zoom registration link and send you our Motions chart that our ICDA-US board created.
